John Ghizzoni was President of District #2 of the United Mine Workers of America from 1950 to 1962. Most of his professional papers are included with the District #2 collection (MG 52, Series IV). Material in his possession relating to his career as an organizer and district president were dispersed following his death.
These papers are the remnants of Ghizzoni's personal items and are limited to notes and comments made by Ghizzoni on a variety of topics.
The John Ghizzoni papers are housed in one archival box.
