LIABILITY STATEMENT FOR ALL LAPTOP
USERS: |
“I agree to pay all costs associated with
damage to this laptop computer or its associated peripheral
equipment or its replacement costs should it be lost or
stolen. If I am an IUP student, I understand that all costs
associated with damage to this laptop computer or its peripheral
equipment or its replacement costs should it be lost or
stolen will be debited from my student account. I understand
that the replacement cost for this computer will be at the
current market value.” Users not returning laptops by the
end of the check out day will assessed $25.00 per day until
it is returned.
