Ethyl V. Oxley Collection

Before joining the Home Economics Department at Indiana State Teachers College in 1926 , Ethyl Verna Oxley taught elementary and high school students from 1911-1916. At Indiana, she lived with the students taking her Home Management Class in the Richards House. She was a prominent member of the faculty until her retirement in 1958.

This collection contains some miscellaneous newsletters and publications from the Home Economics Department, as well as pictures of life at ISTC during Ms. Oxley's tenure there.
