Records of the Indiana County Central Labor Council

The Indiana County Central Labor Council, affiliated with the state of Pennsylvania AFL-CIO, provides a united front for the many labor organizations in the state of PA. During each session of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, the Council adopted a legislative agenda, which included lobbying for services and benefits for all working and non-working citizens of Pennsylvania. The Council insisted upon a non-partisan front, supporting principles rather than any political candidate or party.

This collection contains brochures, correspondence, and attendance sheets of the Council during the 1970's and 1980's.
